We used another check-in vendor for less than 30 days. It unfortunately pushed back more workflow on the front desk for them to handle. It slowed down the throughput and the staff was ready to revolt. In addition, the daily payment reconciliation process was a nightmare and the scheduling interface was not as user friendly as Clearwave.
